This is the very best, clearest and most complete book on surgical knots and related information I’ve ever found. Clear, large line drawings make it simple to tie the knots with some practice. The real key to being useful is, of course, knowing well what you can and can’t do. No book can teach you how to do brain surgery.

I would suggest, however, that someone who does not have a solid background in medicine needs to have a copy of a good anatomy book as well as this one. It is important to understand tissue layers and their relationship to make best use of this book.

This is good to keep us advanced dive medics refreshed on procedure. It also expands on techniques with good graphics and instruction.

I needed something Simple and straightforward for teaching students. It met those requirements plus had additional helpful information. Very good
